Our Partner Vetting Protocol
Every facility within our network must pass a multi-stage audit process. We ensure alignment in technical capability, ethical operation, and quality compliance before a single RFQ is placed. This is how we convert global capacity into reliable local supply.
1. Technical Capacity Audit: Verification of machine list, maximum tolerances achieved (e.g., capability studies), and materials certification records.
2. Quality System Review: Mandatory alignment with international standards (ISO 9001:2015 minimum) and sector-specific requirements (e.g., AS9100 readiness).
3. Process Control Check: Verification of in-house tooling maintenance, QC checks, and calibration procedures.
